Mahars are described as intelligent flying reptiles resembling pterosaurs with dangerous psychic powers, who keep the local tribelets of Stone Age human beings in subjugation. They are said to be an all female race, This is the only drawing that I've been able to find.

I would prefer the Mahars to be a little more human and this is my first concept for them
